Custom orders are non refundable, but it is important to us that you are 100% satisfied and happy with your order. If you have any concerns about your order once you have received it, please contact us within 48 HOURS, so that we can assess and correct the situation. We will NOT refund any orders after this 48 hour period.

》 REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED ITEMS 

If you receive your item and it is damaged, contact us immediately, so that we may begin processing an insurance claim. We will NOT be able to replace the item if you do not contact us within 7 business days. Please include pictures of the damaged product and the packaging that it was shipped in in your email/message (we will need these to submit to the USPS for the insurance claim).

you may cancel your order up to 12 hours after purchase. After this time, inventory has been pulled and the processing of orders has begun.

any changes that need to be made to a custom order must be made within 12 hours. After this time, we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate additions or changes.

no refunds unless an item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our behalf, in which photographic proof must be sent.

》 standard processing time on all orders is 3-5 business days 

》 all orders over $35 will ship for free.

》 all packages are shipped USPS or UPS and may take 2 to 9 business days.

》 please note, shipping times are estimates. Please allow plenty of time for your package to arrive. If you need your item by a certain date, please make sure to notify us before purchase to ensure we can process the order in enough time to ship it to you by then. Expedited shipping may need to be purchased.

》 please note that orders do not ship on federal holidays 

》 we CANNOT guarantee shipping to any location by a certain time. Though we can give you a ship date from our end and include a tracking number with every order, once an item leaves our hands, we cannot control shipping delays on the shipping company’s end.

》 we are not responsible for any incorrect shipping information. Addresses will appear on the label exactly as they are entered at checkout. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay additional shipping charges to have the package shipped out again.

If you’re sending an item as a gift directly to the recipient, we would be more than happy to include a note from you. Please email us to let us know what you would like it to say.
